I recommend doing it because it breaks the movement down and shows the details that make me lose balance: my eyes dropping to the board, hips too high, feet not centred… Thanks for this challenge! Motivated to keep going and progressing because I feel more endurance and arm strength.

Take-off

Quick feedback: I’m on week 3 and it’s amazing to see my take-off progress since week 1. It’s smoother and faster!! Feet well placed… etc. Can’t wait to see the result in the water… thanks a lot for the content. I can even do diamond push-ups 😅 not pretty but they count!! 🤙
